FAQs

Why hasn’t my letter been mailed yet?

Letters are shipped on the last day of each calendar month. This means if you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (in Eastern Time) then your letter will ship on the last day of that month. 

When will I receive my letter? Is it tracked?

Air Mail & Ink is sent via USPS on the last day of each month and is untracked. If you live in the United States, letters generally arrive within 7-9 business days. If you live overseas, letters can take upward of 2 weeks to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of shipping, please contact oliviaezinga@gmail.com.

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - oliviaezinga@gmail.com.

When is Air Mail & Ink billed each month?

Air Mail & Ink is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, and so on. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
